Account Manager - Remote

Summary/objective
The Account Manager supports client relationships and growth initiatives by identifying opportunities, prospecting prospective partners, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The role collaborates closely with sales and operations teams to ensure high client satisfaction, effective communication, and measurable growth across SendaRide markets.
Prospecting and business development activities account for approximately 70% of the role. This role also offers uncapped bonus potential tied to revenue generated from accounts developed by the Account Manager.

Incentive Structure
Account Managers who develop new client relationships may earn a percentage of the revenue generated by those accounts. Once a prospect becomes an active client, the Account Manager receives a percentage of the revenue the client generates. As client utilization and revenue grow over time, the incentive earnings increase accordingly.
Essential functions
Identify and research prospective clients.
Engage with prospective clients through outbound communication to understand needs, objections, and purchasing processes.
Coordinate solution discussions and formal sales presentations with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored transportation solutions.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance and pipeline targets.
Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly pipeline reports.
Develop and refine outreach scripts and messaging.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and transactions.
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and strategic discussions.
Proactively address issues to ensure strong client satisfaction.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience with Microsoft Office including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.

B2B sales experience preferred, ideally within healthcare services, supportive services, or transportation sectors.
